The three Jude’s

I’ve discovered I have three distinct personalities after this weekend, each more entertaining than the last!

1. Sober Jude – This Jude is your average Joe, the guy you meet in the office, at lunch, or just on the street. He’s pretty quiet and not overly confident, probably because he’s been through the wringer a few times. His self-esteem and ego? Let’s just say they’re taking a well-deserved nap in the dumps.
2. Drunk Jude – Now, this Jude is a whole different animal. He’s like the life of the party, dancing, singing, and entertaining everyone within earshot. His ego? It’s strutting around like it owns the place, and his self-esteem? Well, let’s just say it’s feeling pretty darn good.
3. Hangover Jude – Ah, the morning after. This Jude is not a favorite of Sober or Drunk Jude. They both blame each other for his appearance, but really, who’s to say? All we know is he’s not a happy camper.

You’d think after living this way for the last seven months, I’d have learned my lesson. But you know what? It’s too much fun, and I don’t plan on changing a thing. Although, I am considering a month-long detox once I get back to Seattle. Just to give Sober Jude a chance to shine and to let Drunk Jude take a well-deserved break. Plus, Hangover Jude needs some time off too, poor guy.
